At Equine Tools Direct, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for manufacturing defects only.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
2. Process
• Contact our support team at support@equinestoolsdirect.com to request a return authorization.
• Include photos or details of the defect.
• Once approved, ship the product back to our facility.
3. Return Shipping
Customer are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non - refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspects your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made or engraved products
• Used, sterilized or damaged tools due to improper handling
• Clearance items or special orders
5. Freight Charges
Shipping and return freight are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
